| March 2004 - SMG Ashley Marina Deal Closes - Atlantic Marina Holdings announces redevelopment of the Ashley Marina in Charleston Harbor as the City's first "dockominium" marina "The Harborage at Ashley Marina. | |

| July 2006 - AMM signs first international development deal. The new project is located on the north coast of Belize, just outside Belize City and the intenational airport. The marina is part of a larger 1000 acre resort project and will include a 65 slip marina, 126 waterfront condominiums in Belize's tallest building and 200 indoor slips in the country's first modern dry storage facility. | |

| June 2007 - SMG St. Georges Island deal closes with YCOA. Yacht Clubs of America announces new vertical yacht club facility will be joining the YCOA brand of facilities across the state of Florida. | |

| January 2008 - AMM creates joint venture Marina Group with Lagaurta Development for the acquisition, development and management of Texas Coastal Marinas. | |
